The reader will find information about the structure of the registry, the data collection process, and how the registry has gradually expanded to include more than eight thousand patients across 14 specialized centers in the Czech Republic. The article also provides an overview of key outputs from the registry, including demographic data, disease progression, treatment types and patient employment status.
